I stayed entertained. A Joe Ingles dunk is one of the greatest things in life and we got a great one tonight.
Favors being so automatic on that baby hook heading into the playoffs could prove crucial.
Ricky looks like he has turned a corner at the end of the season...... Again.

The jimmer stuff was dumb but at least at gave people something to be interested in at the end of a blowout.

Booker was phenomenal to see. I don't care that his team was getting blown out. We were doubling him and putting everyone on him and could do nothing to stop him. Some of the shots he made were pretty epic.

And I got to eat all day, get drunk, and watch the jazz play great.

Could have definitely been better but all things considered, knowing going into the game that it's against the suns after all, I stayed entertained.

Shout out to my wife for putting the little one to bed tonight. (That's normally my time)

30 point blowouts are basically never this entertaining. Nights like tonight are part of what make the NBA my favorite league.

I grilled them today but we have baked them too.
I recommend baking them. On the grill you can really only cook one side cause if you flip them you get cream cheese dripping down into the grill. So one side is burned a bit. Still good but baking them is the way to go. Also the ones we just had for dinner were really mild and I like mine with more heat/spice.

The steaks I made however might have been the best I have ever made. My grill was operating at it's best and I had the steaks marinating in some teriyaki sauce and then put some bourbon brown sugar spices on them. They were perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, and so flavorful.

I usually like to buy Ribeyes but after having these new York strip steaks I think I have been converted. They were on sale at Harmon's for 5 steaks for 20 bucks too. Can't beat that.

But have you tried stuffing them with pork sausage instead of cream cheese? It will change your life, or at least end it sooner.
