What's new

Utah Jazz VS the Miami luke warms on ROOT Sports 1280 AM/ 97.5 FM at 7:00

Personally I'm just tired of hearing everyone bitching about who is getting what playing time. It's just old now and people, right or wrong, just sound like broken records. JMO

I'm more concerned about getting wins and seeing the team, no matter who is in the game, execute on both ends. When we execute and play with intensity we win. And that's what it's all about. Play for today. There may not be a tomorrow! Great win!

Fair enough, and i apologize for being concerned about the teams future.... Though you are correct that there may not be a tomorrow, the chances are good that there will be and i think that the future could be very bright for this team if things are done properly. So its just frustrating to see an amazing future possibly being sacrificed for a ho hum present.

There are those who have a ripping buzz over the victory tonight and are living more in this moment. That's fine. There are also many of us that like what happened tonight but see it more as Fool's Gold and want to see the Jazz stop throwing away giant fourth quarter leads and generally falling apart and would like to see Corbin stop being so craven that he wins two more games at the expense of a future that is much brighter (we hope). The fact then becomes that expectations are different and viewing realities are different. Some saw a win; that's it. Others saw the Jazz floundering all over themselves in the fourth with some very promising play from Hayward. It's not one or the other people, so who cares how someone takes a win. Those who like the overwhelming immediate buzz, enjoy! Those who want to see more from the Jazz, enjoy and keep on bitching! It makes things more interesting anyway.

Thanks! Good post.

I think others will back me up about Carroll v Lebron, in the first half.

LeBron scored 20 in the first half and Carroll did a great job on him. LeBron only scored 12 points in the second half, so there's no way in hell, he scored five times on Carroll in the post. Carroll did have a little bit more trouble with LeBron in the second half in the post, but it wasn't that egregious. Carroll got pushed around a little, that is true.
