What's new

Utah State University is BOWL ELIGIBLE!!

No doubt Aggie fans flock to that place. It's close and they haven't been bowling in years.

I'm excited to be bowling but I hate watching football on the "smurf turf". I guess that stadium with the red turf would be worse though.

Haha, yup the wife and I bought our tickets last week. Boise bound (I hate the blue turf too, it's even more obnoxious in person :( ) It will be a new experience to see the Aggies in a Bowl game. I hope this can be an ongoing tradition for us.

Turbin turned in his papers. Now it's a waiting game to see where he might be drafted.

Also...is there anyone in the state that isn't pulling for the Aggies today? Even though I live in Logan, I'm not much of an Aggie fan. I'm definitely pulling for them today though.

I am open to trading our OC with anybody in the country. That moran doesn't know how to step on people's throats to save his pathetic life. I know that USU is a running team, but gad-zooks man, throw the freaking ball at least twice a quarter! If all they are going to do is run, then freaking play Keeton. He is 10x the runner Kennedy is. Kennedy is a better passer (supposedly).

What a waste of time.

Aggies should have had a much much MUCH better season. Starting with Auburn. What should have set the tone for a great season, it instead set the tone for IMO, a failure.

Yes yes yes, all the media sucking Anderson will call this season a success. After all, it has been years since they have been to a bowl game.

However, the fact of the matter is that this team was much more talented and flat out better than what their record showed. And instead of celebrating big wins against Auburn, rival BYU, and bowl game, they're shaking their heads wondering, "what if?"

Anderson is a hell of a coach. I'll admit that. But something needs to be done with his OC and maybe clock management. They have let so many games slip....

This really sucks. This script is getting old. It's like watching old Jazz games against MJ. Or watching Jazz games against LA (where we dig ourselves a huge hole, come back with the second unit, only to watch Lamar Odom (thank goodness he's gone), Kobe, and Pau Gasol punk us).

Aggies outplay their opponents for 99% of the game only to fail killing their opponents and choke another W away.

Exactly how many times can you spew the same crap in one football season?

Where is Tim Tebow when you need him?

I'll tell you now, next year will be a really bad year to be an Aggie if Baldwin stays around. This year he had Turbin and Michael Smith breaking long runs for scores to keep USU in games. With them gone next year he will be exposed for the pathetic OC he is. This year's team won in spite of Baldwin, not because of him. (A side note from the game yesterday, our best receiver had 0 catches and I believe only 1 ball thrown his way all game.)

Once again, the savior of the football program doesn't look good to some guy on the internet based on an up/down assessment that is out of touch with reality.

USU should fire him. Utah could use him. Except some BCS team might take a roll on him if it came down to it. Which it won't (at least yet).

Are you talking about Dave Baldwin (the OC)? Because that's who I'm talking about.
