That article states the reason Mirotic would be interested in playing for Utah is Quin Snyder. We got a quality coach that some players want to play for. Wow. Mirotic doesn't need to be all world for us, but if he brings us value and is above average then I would be happy. On the other hand, I am very much torn on what this would mean to Derick Favors as he is a better player overall than Mirotic.

Favors is gone.
 
What happened to Hood? Is he upset that he is in a contract year and not the main go to guy? Or did the fickle, crybaby Jazz fans get to him?
 
If I'm the Clippers, I want:
Shumpert, Frye, Calderon and the Brooklyn pick
for
DeAndre Jordan

If I'm the Cavs, I want:
Tristan Thompson, Shumpert and the Brooklyn pick
for
DeAndre Jordan

At the end of the day, Cleveland would be smarter to trade
Frye, Osman and their pick (not Brooklyn's) for Favors

All speculation at this point. From what I've seen, it's a combination of fit (he wants to start), durability (he has missed 25% of games over his career) and value all with regards to how much he might get in free agency. In other words, we don't want to pay him a ton in the summer or match a team's offer who pays him a ton.
 
Stanley Johnson has gone for 18 and 7 tonight. And it's there is 7 minutes left in the 3rd quarter...

Does this make it more likely Love is traded?

Kinda perfect tank move to go and get him, and works next year. Favs+Hood+Burks **** even Rubio would all improve their current situation.

Clippers wanting that Brooklyn pick for DJ makes Favs + a combination of JJ, Burks, Udoh, Hood, Rubio for a K.Love a more realistic possibility.

We could take a contract If they did Love and their 1st.
