I think it was Wojnarowski who reported that it was an odd protection, both low and high. Houston gets the pick if it's 4-14. Toronto keeps it if they are in the playoffs or win one of the lottery slots.

Tobias surpises me a little (didn't see any of the games so taking your word for it). I like him, but he's not got ideal height/length/athleticism to be dominant.

I always liked him but still not sure how he will do in the league. One of those players who came out too early due to their team's circumstances.
