I just got home from work.
Not like High School, I think I am finally turning into someone popular.
People are so nice and are constantly honking and waving at me.
I do like the left lane because it is so homey and I feel safe when none of those crazy fast drivers are on my left.
The most annoying drivers are the ones that just appear right behind me and rest their headlights on my bumper.
I swear they were just beamed behind me by Scotty or something.
I usually take that time to create a "teaching moment" by either pacing the car next to me, or slowing down until they back off, or change lanes..... then of course I speed up so they can't pass me.
It's also fun to watch those cars constantly change lanes to get a second or two ahead of the next car, they drive like a fly flies. It makes me laugh when I am right behind them at the off-ramp. I usually help them feel at home by bumping them just a little at the light, because I know they had a rough day and need a laugh.
My favorite moments are when I am the first to a stop sign, and I not only wave the other 3 drivers on, but the 3 that were behind them. It makes me feel good, and the people behind me appreciate it as well, as I get more honking and waving.
This is my favorite state.
