I'd say it is proof that Americans of non-European ancestry aren't a collective that owes you anything simply because of where their great, great, 10x great grandparents lived. The vote was the most diverse it has ever been. People of all ethnicities voted for the candidate they wanted rather than in lock step. Some went for the Republican and some for the Democrat. That seems healthy to me.
