Well, it was good while it lasted, but...

...the "chemistry" between Deron and Al seems to have dissipated. Deron is callin Al a ballhog. At least Al is fessin up, but, still....

Jazz guard Deron Williams On Al Jefferson: "He's got to learn when that double team is coming to kick it out; I'm going to get it right back to him."

Jefferson on Double teams: "I've got to look to pass. I've got to get out of that habit that I had in Minnesota. I was a black hole when the ball came in, regardless if I try to score."

"I was a black hole when the ball came in..." He learned from McHale, didn't he?

Dude, I just joined this thing and the first message I see is your retarded post about Al and Deron and the chemistry between them has "dissipated".......? That's the dumbest thing I think I've ever heard. After one game you've made that assumption? People need to chill and realize that the Jazz are WAY better with Al than Boozer and he and Deron will figure it out and be the next dynamic duo in the NBA. All of these assumptions after one single game are absurd. Forget the pre-season, forget last night. Look at who the coach is, look at who is the captain of the team and look at the name on the front of the jersey. The Jazz are gonna be just fine.

Too much of an overreaction everwhere. First, Deron and Al never had alot of chemistry to begin with. Second, they didn't completely lose whatever chemistry they built in the preseason in just 1 game. It will come, but not overnight, not after 8 exhibition games, and not after 1 regular season game. Give it a few weeks and you should see some improvement.
Even last year's 53-win team - which returned virtually everyone from the 08-09 team - was a .500 team until January.

....my man hopper is merely pointing out that based on last nights game, nothing has changed with the Jazz. They may end up being just fine....but last night was about as pathetic as you can play after having a nice pre-season to sort some things out and get on the same page! The effort was poor....the execution even worse! Frankly, hoping things will change radically may be just too much to ask. Ball players that have been in the league for years generally are set in there ways, either for good or bad. Denver was without two of there key guys and still whoop our collective butts! We win tonight by 20 with 30 assists and 10 turnovers while shooting at least 50%....both hopper and I will apologize to you!

To himself? This is Al Jefferson talking. Is it even possible to be racist to yourself?

I spoze so. Haven't you ever seen Maury? Also, Trout, who has claimed to enjoy the company of men (is that how we're supposed to say 'gay' now?) was banned for 2 weeks for using "Gayward." Isn't that being racist against oneself?

I dunno, really. Put a question mark after each I guess.

This user name is offensive to the gay community, probably. No homophobic.

Translation for 'Jazz Fanz':

"I wish these idiots would have kept Boozer."
