Well this is the smartest thing I've read lately

I think Ty seems like a nice guy as well...but I don't think the Jazz need to feel sorry for him and give him a front office job he's not qualified for. Ty wears big boy pants, he'll be okay...he'll find another coaching gig somewhere, maybe not as an NBA head coach, but there's always college, NBDL, and high schools looking for coaches.

The "...out of a paper bag" comment is an often used expression that connotes a lack of intelligence or depending on wordage used, a lack of strength.
