Had Cleveland won game 6 on Friday, they would have had less than 40 hours between series. That's two possible occurrences within a single playoff year, and there would have been more if more playoff series were extended.

You insulted me often enough that I decided to check 2017. On Friday evening, 2017-APR-28, both the Wizards (playing at Atlanta) and Celtics (playing at Chicago) won game 6 and finished their series Friday night. Less than 40 hours later, both teams played other in the early game on Sunday (in Boston, so a time zone jump east for the Celtics), both of them while traveling. So it happened twice just last year.

"Show me another situation where there was that quick of a turnaround for a traveling team."

Done.

It would seem the jazz turnaround was shorter than those scenarios as well. Really good try. You almost had it.

See, I can't tell which of you are being sarcastic or are trolling. The other alternative seems to be that you are saying something staggering stupid and showing an inability in basic arithmetic, and I'm sure that is not true.

Atlanta had 41 hours in 2015, including traveling home from NYC, seemingly, while Portland had an exact copy of our schedule in 2016 (won at home to LAC April 29 1030pm, lost on the road to GSW May 1 330pm), but no time zone loss.

It was a schedule loss but they also played well so we would have lost anyway.

Nba cares about spreading the games out for revenue purposes above all else. Had we stepped on OKCs throat in game 5 it’s a non issue

I just provided two examples of series in 2017 that started less than 40 hours after a different series (post #561), one of which involved a one-step east time zone jump. So, for you to make that comment, you must be trolling or engaging in sarcasm, you can't possibly be that stupid.

I took the hint that my original point is still holding true.
The jazz got screwed harder than all other nba teams. No one has posted a scenario where a team got less rest than the jazz yet. Some have been close, but ultimately the jazz were screwed by the scheduling more than everyone else.
