Yep. He led the team in assists per minute played. 3 assists in 17 minutes.

Burks got to the rim just fine to start the game, he just got blocked or missed hard layups because his body is too frail to displace defenders. Then he started hesitating and dancing around a bit, taking bad shots. I dont think he was that bad though. The Jazz need to play in transition a lot more, and he helps with that.

I just don't like how he never gets past defenders, and only ever goes at the defender, whether they are in position or not. That just leads to high difficulty shots, and a prayer that the refs bail you out. Exum looks awkward as hell, but at least he uses his first step to get around defenders, or gets up to get free space above them. Bad as Exum is, I still prefer him over Burks.

He's the best defender on the perimeter, it's why it's OK.

He also had 6 rebounds and 3 assist and ended up being a positive in teh +/-. He had bad shots, but he also didnt turn the ball over (which Exum is still doing)

I'll give Burks rebounding, I've always thought that it was his best basketball trait.

I dont know who I prefer tbh. They both have their positives and negatives, but I feel like the variance of a good Burks performance is a bigger positive and you have to roll the dice to some extent.

What did that have to do with anything. Having a game end at midnight, then traveling to a different city to play again 36 hours later, barely having slept, and not having prepared, against a team that didn't have to deal with the same, puts you at a considerable disadvantage.

The whole series won't go like this.

Have you ever watched one of the Japanese game shows with a giant fly swatter on Youtube? I think the Jazz front office should look at installing one of those in the practice facility for the guys to work on their free throw shooting over the summer.
