What Color Is This Dress?

I don't get people who say blue and gold. Its either dark blue and black in the sun, or white and gold in the shade(which makes it look blue and brown). Those are the two competing interpretations.

Pulled it up on my phone. White and gold for me. Blue and black for my wife. On the same phone.

I see baby blue and gold

Much closer to white and gold than black and anything though, but I detect a light blue in the white and see baby blue and gold.

I don't understand how anyone sees black
