I don't care how he ranks with his rookie class his first year. It can be difficult to keep in mind that Kanter, like Favors, was ALWAYS considered to be a project. You can say you accept that but then if you turn around and start comparing him to other more NBA ready rookies then the point is being lost. He was never meant to impress anyone yet.
Kanter likes it here, has a solid work effort, believes in himself and won't quit until he is a quality big in this league. Dude is going to make it, period. If not then he has a stellar carrer waiting for him in the WCW.
