Lol, opinion pieces aren't truth. They are an opinion on something. NYT is a good news source but there are others great news sources. Some of those you posted are garbage like CNN.

It's sad you don't know the difference between news and opinion pieces. Even the opinion articles you post often have a good source in them. If you went by that source it would be much better. Why let someone interrupt news for you and tell you how to feel about it? Why can't you do that for yourself?

Try reading Christian science monitor. It's a great news source. They have good journalistic integrity and it was started by a christian. They avoid sensationalism and try their best to report truth.

I can't tell you how bad and factually incorrect most of the things you post are. It makes it hard to take you serious if you believe that stuff. Those pieces go out of their way to twist the truth into what they want. The fact that you think Republicans are right and Democrats are wrong proves that point. It's silly to think one side has it all right on all or most issues and the other side is wrong, lying, dishonest or whatever else you want to say.

When you quote a post it will begin with [qu0te] the quoted post is here [/qu0te]

I used a zero in the word "quote" so that the forum software wouldn't turn it into an actual "quote box"

When responding, make sure the cursor is not inside the [qu0te] and [/qu0te] or else it will look like you're just quoting a post and not responding to it.

Some people, when waiting to address multiple points within a post either break the quote up by adding their own bracketed "[]" formatting info for the forum (I think that's WAY WAY beyond your ability to comprehend). Or, they change the color of their text to something like red so that their comments are easily distinguishable. I think with some help you might be able to figure out how to change the color of your text. Let me know if you need help with that.

I'm sure there are youtube videos that can better explain how posting on an internet forum works.

I don't know, but I've posted extensively on this site about a variety of things, many of which would be favorable to at least some people who are Republican.

I don't think of my views as being "Republican" or "Democrat" views. I don't approach the world that way.

I think for a private citizen to claim being a Republican or Democrat is silly. I think the only people who should explicitly identify as a Republican or Democrat are politicians or other people directly involved in political activities, when their involvement is focused on the advancement of either the Republican or Democratic party.
