After Davis, no one is guaranteed to be a franchise player. So unless we're talking about trading up for the #1 pick, I don't see the point in giving up assets to trade up. The 5th pick really isn't that much better than the 10th pick in this draft, IMO (assuming the majority of these guys come out).

Yep. Could even say that 2 - 12 is pretty even .. or at least not that much different.
