One of my friends loves whisky-- he has some of this in his cabinet, and ppl always faun after it (never had it myself doe).

How is the calgary stampede? Down here we have the Houston Rodeo. It's a huge spectacle where everything BUT the rodeo is the main attraction. John Legend played yesterday, food is delicious, lots of games and rides. I've heard the stampede is awesome too.

Calgary is 300km south of where I live-- everyone I know who's been there says its ****ing awesome. The entire city shuts down for stampede. Personally, I've never been. Easily the biggest festival of Western Canada tho (up there with all of Canada).

Edit: In terms of economic impact, the Stampede is the highest grossing festival in Canada, according to Wikipedia.
