What's The Last Movie You’ve Seen?

Tried to watch "Holy Motors". I am surprised that I could watch it for 30 minutes. It just doesn't make any sense. It has %91 on RT but I wouldn't suggest this movie to anyone.

Edge of Tomorrow....it was surprisingly good, very different. Its if Groundhog Day and Independence Day had a baby.

Minus the chemistry of groundhog day....

On the Waterfront. Hadn't seen it yet and needed to. Terrific movie. Everyone needs to watch it.

Watched The Hunt. My least favorite of the four, but still a good movie. It's about a falsely accused pedophile so it's all dramatic and ish. I think it was Danish, idrr.

Will do on Waterfront.

I just got The Hunt the other day. Ill prolly watch it this weekend.

I saw Woody Allen's Love and Death last night.

Super meh. Maybe I'm just not well read enough. I watched it because it had a 100% rating on RT. It had it's moments and I was able to learn about some new concepts but I found myself bored.

Oh well.

hmmm I have never seen that one. have you seen Manhattan? curious of your thoughts on that

I finally watched Nebraska. I found it to be flawless and incredibly appealing to someone with an intimate knowledge of the rural Midwest, such as myself. one of the best ones I've seen in a while.

The last movie I watched was the 1956 version of The Man Who Knew Too Much. It was my first time watching it and I liked it, though it felt unnecessarily long and ended so abruptly. I also find it interesting that Hitchcock chose to remake his own film. I haven't seen the older one.

Funny. I was just talking about this with my friend today. I loved everything about Manhattan. I loved the story, the dialogue, the cinematography...everything. It was such a good ****ing movie and I definitely recommend it. Love And Death, not so ****ing much.

Earlier in the week I saw this:

Limits of Control (2009)

Not a well liked movie to say the least but since I like most of Mr. Jarmusch's projects I gave it a chance. Don't watch if you're looking for some sort of enthralling plot of grand resolution. You won't find any of that here. However, the movie is supremely shot and the soundtrack is top notch as is with most of Jarmusch's work.

I'll have to watch that one, I tend to enjoy his work.

Also a big fan of Gael Garcia Bernal and Bill Murray

Dont expect much. Bernal's part was fleeting and Murray was wholly out of place. It was weird.

Your girl, Paz De la Huerta, is in it though. I swear she has it in her contract that she HAS to be nude in every project she does.
