I think some people mistake lack of exposition for lack of plot. Mad Max was heavy on visual storytelling, which a lot of people don't get.
Idk if its that. I think its the lack of plot twist. MM is a very linear plot, but its still a plot.

I don't know what that means tbh. I'm not someone who is bothered by long movies, especially ones that are so well shot and have good cinematography.
If you are talking about Blade Runner, if you are someone who is bothered by long movies, then you will probably get annoyed at it.

Pretty good. If there is 1 criticism it's that it was probably a bit too short. Should have made it about 20min. longer. BTW the scene Wes mentioned near the end wasn't actually all that bad - don't avoid it just because of it.

Man, I'm pretty bummed The Snowman has gotten **** on by critics so far. I really like that book series.

It's just something that I really have a tough time watching. Same in Leaving Las Vegas. I never said to not see the movie because of it.

Yeah when you said it was one of the hardest scene to watch I was thinking along the line of 'Irreversible' or 'Last tango...'. Those for me were hard to watch, Wind River really paled in comparison.
