What's The Last Movie You’ve Seen?

I finally watched Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, the Fincher one. I found the mystery and the investigation rather engaging, but it lost some steam along the way. Mara is the best thing about the movie and Fincher does a good job of showcasing her. The ending was pretty bittersweet, I liked it.

The original is great too. Both get a 7.8 on IMDb. Iirc, I think I felt like the original was a better overall film. Fincher’s is great but a bit too neat.

The Samurai (1967) Realllly stylish film thats aged exceptionally well. 10/10. If you asked me to recommend a French movie this would be top-5

Doesn't look amazing but seeing Kevin James play a skinhead terrorizing Joel Mchale is intriguing.

Carbon Copy.

Denzel Washington's first major movie role.. Basically this guy's (George Segal) life is ruined because he finds out he had an illegitimate black son.

Not exactly a memorable movie but interesting as a cultural time piece before political correctness. Just sitting through it for 10 minutes and you can understand why it's rarely shown today.

RIP Jerry Stiller btw. I swear the movie "The Heartbreak Kid" with him and his son is much funnier than it ever got credit for. Jerry's pep talks to Ben throughout the movie are so funny.

Watched 'John Dies at the End' which my co-worker recomended to me. Just a bizarre movie, I'll give it credit for being different but I couldnt quite get what it was going for. Being low budget didnt help it's case. It was entertaining enough to watch but I wouldnt want to watch it again unless I was really drunk.

Psychedelics on Netflix is hilarious—celebs talking about their acid trips...Ben Stiller was trying to explain to his dad he was tripping but he didn’t understand. “I mean, my dad wasn’t Jerry Garcia, he was Jerry Stiller”...he was great in King of Queens...
