My apologies, good sir. To this particular front, I support banning all breeds specifically bred for fighting, effective immediately. In addition, dog owners will either be required to DNA test their new pups for pit bull terrier lineage or risk the possibility of imprisonment in the event that it is discovered by the authorities that they are in possession of a mutt with greater than 25% pit bull terrier heritage.

To pretend there are no bad breeds only bad breeders is to ignore the history and fact of the matter which is that there is no discernible biological difference between the random actions of mother nature selectively molding a sub-species into natural born killers that respond exclusively on instinct, and the actions of a man culminating in the same end.

I'd also ban Rottweiler's on the grounds that they came from Germany. **** them.
