I just mean overall basketball play. You got a simple mind that can only see the win/loss column and I get it.

But if we are waiting on the 2025 Wolves/Cavs picks to be those high talents, it's not as ideal. We need that high talent wing now.

That's the challenge... and why you may have to add one of those picks to our own pick or the Brooklyn pick to try and get in the 10-15 range... would suck to burn an asset like that cuz you got swept by the Grizz in the first round.

I do wonder if we could trade one of those Cavs picks to move up from like 15-17 and get into the 8-10 range. I might be willing to do that if it means securing a Whitmore/Walker.

What has been bad about the basketball play while KO has been out? I do think wins and losses are the most important thing. Agree to disagree on that one. Im fine with that.
BTW I think overall basketball play has an effect on wins and losses. We can agree to disagree on that one too. No biggie.

I think you have to put some eggs in this basket this year. Can't be a miser with the picks and that is honestly how we will make sure they all have the greatest utility. I have been looking for potential spots we could do that but it will depend on draft order. I could see Orlando doing that with the Bulls pick maybe.
 
If KO plays more like the KO that had flames shooting out his *** to start the season he is really really helpful. IF he is not and he is taking up minutes that should go to Walker he is less helpful. If he comes in and plays off the bench with Vando I could see that being a deadly bench duo.... but they better be cuz they will get lit up.

Again, you are trying to make this so black/white.

So me saying we will miss KO means the Jazz have to play like ****? When did I say the Jazz can't possibly survive without KO? Honestly get bent.

You literally said we haven’t been fine without KO. That is not true at all but whatever floats your boat.
 
If Raptors blow it up in the offseason and we want OG... would they rather take 3 FRP from say Memphis or two FRPs from us, one of them being a Minny pick.

Just asking. We could trade for 6 OGs or something? Or maybe 3 Donovans?

Those Minny picks are sweet.

The fact that some of you think the only way to finish this roster and become competitive is to draft well for next 3-4 years or so is mind boggling.

Toronto needs to move OG at the deadline of this year otherwise he turns into a risky one year rental. He’s a risky 1.5 year rental as it is right now.

Well that was just an example. Not a trade proposal. Dont even know if Raptors are the most likely team to blow it up.

Could be Chicago, or Washington.. or whoever.
