I think there are only three candidates.
Hayward is the favorite, burks has the next best chance, and kanter is the dark horse.

No one else has a chance in hell
These are the only candidates

It is not a bad thing that the leading scorer is Hayward. And it is not about justifying his contract. I think Hayward will thrive in Qfense. Certainly, without improving his 3pt% Hayward will not be the man, but if he does , then he will have success in this role for the Jazz.

I think this question makes the Jazz a really interesting team next year. The only two people who's likely to get over 12mins per game that would surprise me is Novak and Evans.

If I had to put a # on the chances from 1-10(being the highest)

Burks 7
Kanter 7
Hayward 6
Burke 5
Favors 5
Hood 4
Exum 2

Just from watching the offense in SL, I wouldn't completely count out Favors. I expect him to be improved on offense, and I can see him getting lots of easy dunks and layups, and who knows... Maybe he's improved his 15 ft J

I think it is pretty clear it will be Hayward. If Exum can get a little burn and Burke gets a little more comfortable it should take pressure off Hay and he will respond with higher shooting percentages and more points. I don't think Burks will produce the way many do. He really wasn't that far off Hayward for minutes but didn't produce at the same rate. In per36 Burks was one point ahead of Hayward with higher percentages. Get Hayward some relief from doing everything and his percentages go up and so his points will stay up there on the team. Burks is realistically the only one who will challenge that IMO, especially with Kanter being injured potentially to start the season, but Kanter's per36 scoring was right on Hayward's. I just think with some of the pressure of being the main ball handler taken off him Hayward will have a minor jump in his game, provided that is what happens. I have my concerns about Burke, and Exum just won't be there yet.

But we could legit see a team with 3 or 4 people scoring in the same general range (mid to high teens) per game. Could be interesting.

I would hope Favors improves, but he just doesn't have a scorer's mentality. I hope he improves more as an enforcer than a scorer. I am fine with him scoring 8-12 ppg on put backs and assisted dunks as long as he is pulling down 12 boards and blocking 2 shots per game with some consistency.

Well I thought he showed to have a scorers mentality, which is why his defense decreased from the year before. He was raw offensively but he has potential to be a 20 point scorer. He still has a high ceiling and still improving. He in my opinion still has the highest potential of anyone on this team in my opinion.
