Why are gun owners afraid to admit they own guns?

Thriller has answered the question for us on another topic post. "Personally, I can’t wait to see your faces when President Harris/Warren stuffs gun control, green tech, and universal health care down your throats via executive order." All very good reasons not to vote Democrat...thanks Thriller.

Because guns represent masculinity. A masculinity that is threatened by economic and social gains by women and minorities and losses by globalization and automation. Research shows that white males are turning to guns and opioids to cope with these economic, social, and political changes. The NRA, GOP, Big Pharm, and gun manufacturers all benefit from this.

This would be pretty much impossible to determine.

We know the stats for one side. The other side would be an estimate, but there are some numbers to help estimate. But it's pretty safe bet to say more lives are lost than saved.

We have sod all gun crime here, deaths from home invasions are still lower than gun murders. I'd guess the most common cause of unnatural death is domestic violence.

Your gun crime is low, deaths from home invasion is even lower than gun deaths, the most common cause of murder is domestic violence?
