Why does Mo always feel the need to jack up a 3 late in the game?

I think Mo could be good for the team if Corbin did not give him so much rope. He gets too much Rope and he kind of hangs himself with it. Corbin needs to give him less rope. Ill advised threes don't help us, especially so early in the shot clock. we had the lead and he should have run time off the clock.

It's this. I've been saying this since for a while, but that San Antonio game winner a while back might have been the worst thing to happen to Mo this season. It made him want to be the hero everytime.

This site has fairweather fans! Dont come here much but i prefer to speak with fans who actually like the team! Go Jazz!
This site has some really intelligent fans who don't always just kiss the *** of the frachise. Even when I dissagree with people on here most of them seem like pretty intelligent basketball fans.

We need a real point guard. Mo is not a point guard. Keep him around when we get a real point guard and he can fill Foye's role, and we can send Foye packing.

He's always played hero ball.
This. Worst example this season was the 4th-quarter against the Celtics in November - tie game w/2 minutes left - Jazz have the ball and Mo goes 0-4 down the stretch forcing two long 2-point jumpers, missed a layup, then missed another 3pt late. Afterward he said/tweeted that it was on him and he'd be better next time. I thought/hoped he meant he'd make better decisions but I suspect he was only talking about making&missing them.

My biggest worry is that the Jazz re-sign Mo. I'm already convinced our front office has no plans to keep Jefferson.

"Why does Mo always feel the need to jack up a 3 late in the game?"

...because he likes "hip hop" basketball??? He looks like a hopper, plays like a hopper.....and shoots like a hopper! Or maybe he's been told "Put'um up......I got bounds!" by Big Al???
