Not sure what Quin sees in Neto. I would say defense, but his defense isn't good enough where he's a difference maker. Yeah, he's probably a better defender than Burke, but it's negligible.

Probably more than negligible: note that Neto always guards the PG, TB often does not. I think it is part of the reason Neto has been starting.
