If Burks is still in a jazz uniform next year i'll be surprised. He's the sort of guy who used to play six or seven seasons at the clippers back in the day. You know when breaking .400 meant you could shoot. He just takes so many bad shots, i cringe every time i see him with the ball in hand.

Funny thing about injuries. Most people including myself hope that an injured player when healthy again, will be better then they were prior to being hurt. Burks relied on athleticism and fearlessness. His game has regressed after missing 2 years and the injuries have slightly changed his body. Mentally he has to become a different player to match who he is now as a player.

I root for him but how cheap a deal we got him on; trade him and good luck whever he ends up. I'd love for him to come off the bech and give us some solid plays we will see.
