We can all cry about not signing Wes, letting Korver and Boozer leave and then trading Deron, but at some point you need to look at the young talent we have and hope that they can fill the holes.
Repped...+1 exactly

by the way this is my first thread and post, but i have been following this blog for the past 2 years and have enjoyed all your comments and insight. Well almost all!
I agree, but who caused those problems and yet he seems unscathed. They were talking about the GM of the Thunder and all of the talent that he has assembled.
And the GM of the Thunder did that though the DRAFT. KOC has gotten us multiple lottery picks this year and possilbly 2 more next year. Plus got really lucky that the Blazers took Oden over Durant. Lets see where the GM gets us by having the chance to have high draft picks on this team. Since the only Lotto pick we had up until this year was Deron.
Yep. OKC had three picks in a row in the top 5. Got Durant, Westbrook and Jeff Green in some kind of trade involving Rashard Lewis. Two of them panned out.
The Jazz needed to re-tool and you can't criticize KOC for trading one lotto pick (D.Will) for 4 (Harris, Favors, NJ pick, GS pick). For better or worse, these picks will define the franchise.
I hope KOC finds a way to leverage Tomic one way or another, if he isn't in the picture.
I think you mean they all panned out. Jeff Green not only netted them Perkins, but he also performed pretty well in his time there, playing out of position.
