Will You Accept the Findings of the Muller Probe?

I think @The Thriller has an excellent grasp of history, gets his facts straight, obviously follows developments closely regarding the present administration, and the Mueller investigation, is concise, succinct, writes well, etc. The principle beef expressed about him seems to be identifying him as too partisan, as somehow having too harsh an opinion of the Republican Party.

But it's rather hard to find a middle ground where Trump is concerned. If one believes Trump has acted in ways to damage the institutions of our democracy( as an example, failing to recognize and accept the independence of our Department of Justice, and wanting the AG to defend the president rather then the Constitution), then its therefore also hard to ignore complicity in such developments on the part of Republican leadership.

I suspect when the histories of our times are written, at a greater distance in time from our tribal climate today, that Thriller's point of view will be seen to have been more accurate an appraisal of our times, not less. I've never seen him as a conspiracy theorist, and I think he does an excellent job presenting a point of view that I know I and many of my friends share. He's a good spokesman for the point of view he represents.

“some of which are total ********...”
Is this for real? This is the US President’s vocabulary?

Well, to be fair some of the Democrats are using that type of language now too. I know I seen Beto do it and someone else im forgetting who. Its becoming the cool thing to do.

I agree with just about everything else in your post, but it is fair to point out that The Thriller's rhetoric towards the Republican party has changed little since the early days of the Obama administration, long before Trump was on the scene. So, he is genuinely, strongly partisan, not just strongly anti-Trump. No criticism implied.

Its funny. People hate Trump. But in reality he is paving the way for a new type of politician, and I think it will be a good thing. More honesty is better.

Trump is less honest than most politicians. It's a high bar, but he jumped it easily.
This
Also lol at the notion that acting like an idiotic ******* instead of hiding that fact is a good thing.

Working now to shred environmental regulations, giving tax cuts to the largest campaign donors, and working to cover up Trump’s crimes isn’t that great of a leap from claiming that the president was born in Kenya and then attacking your own health care reform by describing it as “death panels.” Remember now, Obamacare (ACA) was actually based on the Republican health care reform passed by Gov Mitt Romney and the individual mandate idea was constructed by the Heritage Foundation. Sen Grassley prior to Obama proposing the ACA praised the Individual Mandate idea as a great way to give “personal responsibility” to people. Both Orrin Hatch and Newt Gingrich praised Romneycare and claimed that it should be used (at a later date) as a national health care reform.

@One Brow would you claim that Romney, Hatch, Grassley, and Gingrich were liberal? Is Heritage a progressive think tank? So please, don’t disparage me for having criticisms 10 years ago when I called out republicans for their bad faith arguments against the ACA. We all know what they were doing. Mitch McConnell stated it best in Jan 2009, “we’re going to do everything we can to make Obama a one-term President.”

People with pre-existing conditions and poverty and our own ideas on health care reform be damned.

The GOP has been sick for a while now. It’s anti-democratic slide began a long time ago with Nixon’s southern strategy of exploiting racism. Reagan’s courting of evangelicals. Gingrich’s partisan Hackery. And bush’s abandoning of compassionate conservatism.

Please, let’s not pretend that Trumpism (gaslighting, lying, and otherwise spouting off nonsense) began with trump. Have we really so quickly forgotten about:

Again, the GOP has been sick for a while. Has the last two years rally been that much different from the previous eight? Remember, birtherism, ACORN, deliberate misinformation on the ACA and Iran deal, bad faith investigations (Benghazi) and anti-democratic procedures rampant gerrymandering and Supreme Court filling (Merrick Garland). Trump is just a symptom, not the disease.

Americans are either too lazy to learn about their own damn government or just completely ignorant of political trends since the civil rights act passed.

Rachel Maddow or better known as Rachel Madcow. She has been the biggest pusher of this Russia Conspiracy

She is a super liberal

There are 108 pages in the 400 pages (1/4 of the entire report) just released from the mueller report that detail Russian interactions with Trump campaign officials.

Just a tip, if anyone calls this “a hoax” or mocks this as “Russian conspiracy”, they’re dismissing what our intelligence and law enforcement agencies have found and are siding with Russians.

Let’s make it clear, Gas/Hack/whoever NP is, is siding with the Russians over our own agencies. Think about that people, think about that for a minute.

But no need to take my word on this. Just look at how Donald reacted to SC Mueller being appointed:

But sure. Right. It’s all a hoax. And I’m the conspiracy theorist. Sigh
