440. But I think this is wrong. I did a Coat of Arms research ion my name that supposedly returned every single name in America at the time (15 years ago). There were just a handful. Haven't met them, but I've talked to the father of one (he was at the same college at the same time that I was...weird because my name isn't that common like John Smith) and what I believe was either a disgruntled customer or bill collector of another.

If I change my first name to "Fuquan" I'd be unique. But according to this web site, there are 1500+ Fuquans. I seriously doubt that.
