It's obvious the Miller's have been watching this forum and seeing how slow it's been sold the team so we'd have something to discuss.

For me this really does depend on where it goes, and who is there. I will most likely end up following individual players more than a team. The NBA is just becoming a farm for the top teams anyway.

Look at league history. It has always been that way, probably even worse in the past on average.

I will probably follow the team until current crop of players leave because I am somewhat invested in them. May be I will be hooked onto new players and stay. I don't know but it wouldn't feel like the Jazz that got me into NBA with Deron and Memo.

They're never going to move, but to answer your question. **** no. I'd be completely done with the NBA.

What if they returned a few years later with the Grizzlies (or whoever) and brought Utah back a new team with a new name?

The way the last season went with all of the blm and virtue signaling, I'm not sure if I will following the NBA like I have for the past 30 plus yrs.
Something about being told that I'm racist and that I don't even know it just doesn't sit well with me.

I'd be done. The history and authenticity I see in the Jazz would be gone. As I grow older sports are becoming less relevant as well and there'd really be no point.
