You take Krav Maga???

Yes. I did for a couple years about 5 or 6 years ago, then moved to a city without a good krav instructor. Here in Reno are a couple of very good instructors so I started back up again 6 months ago or so. It is a seriously tough workout.

All of y'all much more hardcore than I am. I am swimming 3 times a week for 30 minutes. I plan to lift once a week soon.

Swimming is the best exercise you can do for your body besides wrestling probably.
Coming from someone who has swim religiously for the last two years, in general, I agree with you. However, it doesn't translate very well. After swimming like that, I decided I was going to run a 5k with only about a week of running. It kicked my ***.

From a cardio standpoint, or leg soreness?

Ya swimming and jogging are different.

That is awesome. I am envious.

Note to everyone out there: Don't **** with LG98 IRL.

Dutch is far beyond me in krav, I can tell you that.

Both actually. The soreness is obvious because you are using different muscles (or at least the muscles in a different way). But the cardio wasn't where I thought/expected it to be. Now I've started swimming three times a week and doing other things the other 2-3 times a week.

I work out about an hour a day every day. Most of my workouts are cardio based (treadmill interval running, track running, eliptical, bicycle, etc.) and three days a week I do a core routine.
