Would you guys trade Favors to Sacramento?

Don't think there is a need or want to trade Favors unless it is in a package that nets an All Star, like Favors + Burke for Westbrook (which won't happen).

Once the Jazz have a winning record, I think Hayward and Favors (and Gobert) start to get some all-star consideration. With Kanter leaving, Favors becomes almost untouchable. We'd go from having a great 4/5 rotation to having one big + Booker who may/may not remain. Even at that, Booker is not a quality starter.

Lol, to be honest; I haven't read all 30 pages on most threads because, it's a bunch of people arguing about stuff not basketball related.
Yeah, sure but...

Nevermind

This is one of the stupid trade proposals I've ever seen. Seriously.

Let's trade Hayward for Kendall Marshall and a 1st while we're at it....

Jazz have just now broken out of 3+ years of major growing pains with Favors. Why on Earth would you trade him for anything other than an established starter from a winning franchise?

Well, if the Jazz draft Hezonja, Hayward is expendable, right? Isn't the key to success trading players just as they get that big contract? I'll bet Utah could also get a couple of firsts for Gobert. Even two late lottery picks have more value than a 27th pick. That's just simple arithmetic.

There comes a point where the rebuild must end. Our rebuild is getting close as we have assembled most of our pieces. So trading away our signed talent who actually wants to play for us for draft picks keeps us from contending.

My post was dripping in sarcasm.

Contending? For most players in the rookie soph game?
