....I'm from Chicago!!! I remember when there where only white players in Chicago Little League, leagues! Got to pull for the Chi-town boys!!!

Could this be a case of reverse discrimination? Are there not latinos, asians or caucasians in that area of Chicago who may have been denied an opportunity to play on that team because of their skin color?

Um yeah but although I don't know much about them, I can see a subcultural socialization differentiation effect leading to those kinds of examples. And there even might be some racist bias against each other.
