Remember, I feel that Favors is 4 more than a 5. Playing him at 5 is like playing AK at the 4, temporary, not permanent.

No, that's my point. Kanter is NOT ready to start. And Favors IS more of a PF. I'm perfectly fine with Favors playing some 5...as a BACKUP center. But the Jazz need someone to START at the 5. Does anyone really feel Kanter is ready after his SL performance? Starting Kanter and Favors together might mean a bunch of rebounds, but you better hope those are offensive boards, because the guards and SF are going to be launching up a ton of contested jumpers with little threat of the Jazz having an inside game with those two.

As much as I like Millsap, I think the better alternative - if he won't sign an extension and come off the bench - is to trade him for a good backup 4 and a high draft pick.

Any of those choices would be very bad. I can't decide which is worst.

I voted for Jimmer. I actually think he will turn into an OK player and wouldn't mind him on the Jazz, but voted for him because of what I think Sac would currently ask for Jimmer which is too much. If his value lowers, I think he would be valuable in a Steve Kerr role off the bench.

I agree with the point that Favors leaving is a bigger worry than any of the above.

I really don't think you need to worry about that. He's a restricted FA when his deal his up. He ain't going anywhere even if he wants to leave...and he's shown no signs of that.

Please, no. I chose the Jimmer option because I think his presence on the team would be a nightmare for chemistry, but seeing a nude TroutBum would scar me for life.

And for the record, a poll where the choices run roughly equal is not the sign of a good poll. It's simply a sign that roughly the same number of voters see each one of the choices as best.
