Account Deactivation Prevention Thread

Honestly, nickkkkk just ruins this place for me. His constant trolling and dumbassery really has brought this place down many levels. Cya later bitches.
 
There comes a point, and it will happen for everybody here sooner or later, when it's time to move on and start another phase of life with other interests and diversions. It's a simple thing, what should be an easy and natural change, though for some I guess it feels like a small death, and instead of leaving with a semblance of dignity they show a smaller part of themselves by casting blame on others.

This thread has been a smashing success.

The series of events around here reminds me of the narrative of Atlas Shrugged. I'm imagining all the deactivators chilling together way up in some hidden town in the Rockies posting and not being ****ed with by the mods or the moochers.

I once deactivated my account, and I came back (although I don't post often). Do not despair! Do not give up hope!

Seriously? I hope not. I sat on the sidelines for years reading posts and finally this year decided to join the fold. I actually enjoy some of the animosity and quirkiness of this board. Don't drop now. I just got here dang it!
 
KKK sucks. If you are thinking about deactivating, don't. Just use your account to neg KKK on the daily.

If this thread makes them want to "jump", then, there's nothing we can do to help them.
 
I think of it this way. Maybe these people are "de-activating" their account so they can attend their own funeral and see who misses them and who doesn't. Ya know.... Huck Finn style.

There's probably no better time to start being an active poster.

This place could use a surge of fresh blood and to move into the next era.
