OKC does have the attitude of "playoffs from 8th seed would be an accident. No Durant so throw this season away" Or were they always that system-less? They can be really good offensively, but watching a Jazz game and a Thunder game tells a lot of differences in basketball styles and Snyder's understanding of basketball was the reason I and many other people in here were rooting for a coach with European basketball experience under his belt.
