Jazz should take Looney, and here's why.

Taking Looney with the 12th pick might prove to be a very good choice. Consider that the NBA game is changing and players like Draymond Green are peaking in value. If Looney could become even 80% of Green he would be an excellent pick. He showed signs he can shoot the 3 in college, though on limited attempts, and he's a versatile 4. If he develops he could be our 3rd big and Booker or a stone cold 5 could be our 4th big.

Seriously though, besides the fact that this belongs in the draft thread, we have no idea who might fall to 12, and there are a bunch of guys Id rather have, so yeah, meh.

So even if you want to focus on one idea in particular, if it's in anyway related to the draft, it belongs in the draft thread. Smh. You guys are Nazi's

And yet, we're the only ones who have replied to your thread. But sure man, go ahead with your original idea that is in no way similar to talking about players we want to draft. Sorry to interrupt.

I think we should take Looney just because of all the uproarously hilarious things that Harpsuck and Bolerhack will come up with. Oh the jocularity! Right up there with fry sauce and other such really funny stuff. Oh I just can't wait!! Draft this guy right now. Do whatever it takes. He could be a quadraplegic swimmer named Bob Looney and I still think we should draft him. Get DL on the phone right now!

Where's the love for Sam Dekker??? We need a future backup to Hayward! Plus, he can play some PF if we need a stretch! Backup PF should NOT be a priority. Dekker would be bpa at 12 anyway!

Oh you mean the post that is 700 pages long? That is almost as long as Anna Karina!!! The draft is coming up. It's a big deal for some on the board. 700 pages on one post is hardly an effective way to discuss the miriad draft options.
 
He's not in my top 3 for that range, but I would not be disappointed if they picked him either.

One thing I will say, Looney + Jazz note makes for the perfect nickname in Looney Tunes. If that isn't his nickname already, it's automatic if he plays for Utah.
