Jazz should take Looney, and here's why.

Where's the love for Sam Dekker??? We need a future backup to Hayward! Plus, he can play some PF if we need a stretch! Backup PF should NOT be a priority. Dekker would be bpa at 12 anyway!

Oh you mean the post that is 700 pages long? That is almost as long as Anna Karina!!! The draft is coming up. It's a big deal for some on the board. 700 pages on one post is hardly an effective way to discuss the miriad draft options.
 
He's not in my top 3 for that range, but I would not be disappointed if they picked him either.

One thing I will say, Looney + Jazz note makes for the perfect nickname in Looney Tunes. If that isn't his nickname already, it's automatic if he plays for Utah.

It's great nickname. But only good players generally get nicknames, and that might be a problem for him.

When we draft Looney, they will need to force him to share his music list.... which will be the tie in to his nickname of Looney Tunes.

Boler will have to practice his Elmer Fudd voice by saying scwewdwiver over and over. Harpring will have to practice his Bugs Bunny voice by saying What's Up Doc.

He will have to practice layups with Burks so that after he makes some interesting shots around the basket, that it was a crazy shot.


If he is a defensive player though, I propose his nickname is "The Straightjacket".
