If you are aware of an actual quote or incident where the Jazz somehow punished Burke for those photos then please let us know about it. If your evidence is that the Jazz demoted him partway through the year (on the convenient excuse that he wasn't playing well) and then that they are apparently going to promote him again because they have no other choice (which is completely untrue) then your logic follows a completely different set of rules than mine.
