What's new

Daniel Orton

Just watched the videos. For someone who's had issues, sucked his whole career, and is playing a bunch of nobodies in that video, dude looks like a major doucher. Not sure I'd want any part of that headache. Then again, maybe we could use some of that douchiness.

Whats a funnier

The dumb trade ideas

or

This guy in his dleague, fringe players he wants? You should be a 76ers fan they have like 2 players on the team that are good and then a bunch of dleague guys. That should be the team you rock man

How do you walk away with that thinking he a doucher? Really. Looked like he was playing hard to me. Talk about a snob attitude you have.

Former Kentucky one and doner and a former first round pick.

More importantly he looks strong as ever and relatively light on his feet. He appears to bring more to the table than lets say Jeremy Tyler, who caught some eyes during SL but ultimately is a borderline NBA player - Tylers a bit more anchored to the floor than Orton.

James Micahel McAdoo last season or John Starks with the Knicks.

James Micahel McAdoo played a total of 1 minute 12 seconds in the Finals and was -1 in that minute, so no he did not help them win a championship.

The Knicks didn't win a championship and even if they had, John Starks was not a d-league player. He was on his 5th year playing NBA ball. So you're wrong on both accounts.

Therefore, all of these posts/threads about d-league players are a complete waste of time. If we want to improve the team to win a championship, we will do that via trade, signing a quality free agent, or getting lucky in the lottery. Not by wasting time (and money) trying out scrubs.

Contributors come from the d league regularly. The championship thing is kind of stupid. The jets have both whiteside and Tyler Johnson who were d league guys.

I do think most of the d league posts are a waste of time but I don't pay attention to the d league and I like seeing somewhat notable things that are going on.
