Jazz @ Warriors - Gamethread

Did anyone expect for us to have a chance without Gobert vs one of the best teams in the history of the NBA on the road? Not to mention they havent played since Saturday so they have probably had the most rest and preparation time for any game they have played all season.

Of course they had a chance... What kinda defeatist ******** are you trying to sell us on with this post?

Didn't expect a win, but I expected a better effort and closer game. What is your reasoning why Hayward played like crap tonight? Who's fault is it that he shot 2-15 tonight? You always have all the answers...

Sometimes, players have off nights.

At this point, I wouldn't consider drafting a PG under 6'4". The way the league is going, small PGs can hardly get much done on either end.

In the first quarter, GS's first 10 pts were all basically exploiting Neto.

Paul George shot 1/14 the other night. Thank God we dodged that bullet.

That was because he got locked down, which is not what happened to Hayward tonight. Did you see that coast-to-coast attempt? **** was pathetic, he dribbled into traffic and lost the ball and his balance...

the truth is The jazz started well, things went slightly wrong in the 1st quarter, and they CRUMBLED -- The Warriors didn;t step on their neck and end it early. But they never needed to, the Jazz offense was an embarrassment tonight, deflect all the blame on individuals you want.

The collective effort, coaches and their rotations and adjustments included, was pathetic tonight. They looked like a team ready to take a beating, the second **** went awry in the 1st. I know for a fact that their better than that, I wouldn't be quick to make excuses for them though 0 let's see how they respond, they got taken to the woodshed.

I bet there's a negative carryover next gae from this, this STUNK.

I don't think there's much of a debate about whether the '96 Bulls would beat these Warriors.

Jordan would shut down Curry. Pippen would lock up Klay. Rodman would guard Draymond pretty well. Longley would bang with Bogut, and Ron Harper would guard whoever is left on the perimeter.

This team starts and ends with Curry's shooting and creativity.

I think you're overreacting.

no way, did you see how many times the Jazz got blocked tonight?? thats acceptable to you? your standard must be ****ty huh? not me.

this was a lackluster effort vs a team, in a venue where they obviously needed to be on high-alert.

This is no playoff team, their so easy to gameplan against, this is just some sort of learning experience/trade showcase disguised to keep the fans intrigued.. I smell ********, been calliing it since the summer -- they didn't fool me then, their certainly not fooling me now.

Did you see how the Warriors were fronting faovrs, and how thye knew Burks was driving? I know what I'm looking at, their asking too much of these players, on purpose, it's a prep year...

I think the coaches were involved, they wanted to go after Bogut which is unnecessary, Hayward and Favors both got blocked early-on trying it.

Burks should start at PG, Burke at SG and he should only probe/dribble and kick out when he needs to closeout vs a defender flying at him at the 3pt line. the way it's all setup now sorta works, but it's not the best for all parties involved --- The whole rotation and Neto starting thing is moot if he's going to ruin 2v1 fastbreaks bringing the ball up to his shoulder to telegraph a bounce-pass, and then catching the ball while he's standing out of bounds.

The Jazz had butter fingers, and nervous eyes, and poor anticipation -- bunch of bad ****.

Their headed towards the lottery. I've had my fill of Jazz basketball. I quit.
