This is the internet, I've met a few posters here in person and realized that I totally had the wrong idea about them.

The answers were yes I've traveled outside of America (a lot) and yes I've lived in a country other than America (Canada, plus extended time in France).

The last line means that I think it comes off extremely dickish to begin a question by saying "Not trying to be a dick..." You don't get that?

And for the record I never meant to start a "bash Dala" party. I like him better than most of you all anyways. Regardless of how I perceive his tone to be.

It is the removal of speech as a tool for any person who does not share their values, which they consider a product of pure logic that cannot be disputed. And it has little to do with combating "intolerance". Take protests against Western Civ classes at colleges. This has nothing to do with having an intolerant position. It is about what is acceptable to talk about, and what should be buried. Additionally, the progressive stances that are tolerated are narrowly defined within the momentary zeitgeist. If I take a pro-incest position, I would be torn apart by the progressives, merely because it is not currently one of their issues.

I believe this exactly why Trump has had any traction in this election cycle.
