You just say a posters name like @Colton, and it sends them a notification that their name was mentioned. Sounds dumb, but it's really useful. Add it?

Pretty funny--I just got a notification on my phone from the jazzfanz app that I was tagged in this post.

So apparently the board already has that feature, although I didn't know it. I'm not sure if it only works through the app or if you can change a setting to make it so you get notifications on the regular board (I didn't; I just got the app notification).

Weird. All I got was a quote notification, but I'm on my phone using safari, no app.

I'll look into adding notifications outside the app for something like this too. Good suggestion.

Looking into this as I agree its likely something we need. I may disable the email-based notification globally if this isn't something we can support.
