Marijuana: Facts, Myths, and plain old Stupidity.

The only time I ever clean my apartment is when I'm stoned. Like even if I have no intention of cleaning, I'll get stoned and notice something is dirty/out of place/disorganized and I'll start cleaning. I'm not an OCD person when it comes to being neat and tidy, but it happens sometimes when I get high.
Same.

This is the case with me regardless of strain or level of hybridization. I'm a sativa man all the way. I love the stronger head-high. Indica will make me more lazy, but both will kill my motivation to do things I typically do, and need to do, when sober.

I agree with the second statement. Motivation is a complicated issue with many facets. Weed makes me motivated to draw for example. Nonetheless, If I was to be high during my day-to-day life, It'd be a disaster. I would not be inclined to do a lot of things that need to be done, professionally and personally. But I still think weed is wonderful, and it will always have a place in my life. Others have different experiences, and I understand that. But 15 years of smoking has taught me what works and what doesn't for me.

Edit: As for intake method, I will usually smoke or vape. I have done edibles a few dozen times, and I enjoy the longer lasting effects. But eating it is my least favorite method because of the weaker head-high and the stronger body high compared to vaping the same strain.

...that may say more about what you do day-to-day that it does about being high. Maybe not. In a lot of cases, the demands labor places on sobriety are just as crazy as a drug-induced affect. I'm not trying to be disagreeable, but that just seems like a better truth statement, IMO.

I spoke way more uniformly about marijuana before moving to California, even though I had smoked pretty regularly for years before then. But now I know that there is such an enormous number of (a) varieties MJ (strain; end-product) + (b) consumption options -- paired with basically unlimited quantities and access (which you need in order to run valid experiments on yourself) -- that uniform patterns of speech on this subject are highly inaccurate.

You know what works for you, and that's cool. I guess all I'm trying to say is that there's way more to learn, if you're interested.

See, I disagree with the "moderation" comment mainly because it's a cliche that's used as an OUT, instead of a helpful comment in a real discussion. There's no evidence linking amount of consumption to ambition.

There is in my case. Or so I believe. And the context I used it was I would not personally recommend to a young person that they make a habit of it. Because I'm sorry I did. I found CJ's take comical, and sad. But I know pot played a larger role in derailing certain things that might not have been so otherwise. I wasn't speaking for everyone, but I was speaking from personal experience, and the development of chronic habits of a personal nature. I was speaking of advice I would give from my experience. Whose else's can I use when dispensing personal advice?

Well ****, maybe I just completely imagined that law.

I don't know. For some reason, it just was not the case with the USPS, at least where random testing was concerned, not that long ago. I'll have to ask my friends there. It doesn't mean any law like that didn't apply to other agencies in the government. Just not the USPS.

My post was obviously sarcasm. The 2nd sentence was so over the top it is ridiculous anyone would believe.

Obvious to you, sure. But it's occasionally difficult for the rest of us to discern sarcasm amidst your constant trolling.

Pretty crazy that a video of a guy smoking weed dropped a guy from being a top 3 pick to the 13th pick.

It's not about smoking pot. It's about the stupidity of posting it on Instagram even if it was years prior, the taking of money from an Ole Miss assistant AD, the lawsuit from his stepfather, and so on. It's a first round pick and completely understandable to pass on a guy who has all this drama surrounding him.

He didnt post it. His IG got hacked.

1. We don't know the details of the family conflict. Tunsil proclaims he was defending his mother.
2. STFU about taking money. These players deserve money and I'm sure most of them get it. Why the **** you think Ole Miss has a top recruiting class every year despite not really being a powerhouse team? It's because they have one of the richest alumni bases of any public school.

*Ole Miss has the biggest medical marijuana research lab in America too*

So you admit they're a bunch of dirty cheaters?

No wonder the U.S. Postal system has been on the verge of collapse for years...and the last time I mailed a letter across town, it ended up on a slow boat to China! Postal workers don't get screened or tested for Marijuana!

I should've said the stupiditiy of recording it, not posting it. Regardless, teams shouldn't use a 1st on someone who's always followed by drama. And please don't tell me to stfu you little ****ing string bean. Your tough guy routine on here isn't fooling anyone.

What, the boat was stoned too?

But to bolster your over the top condemnation of marijuana, you came up with a study which included postal employees who tested positive for pot in pre employment screening by the.....USPS. An impossibility, but whatever works for you at the time, right? lol...

And, to remind you of my original point, you claimed the USPS hired people who tested positive for pot. You therefore claimed the USPS, a federal agency, hired people who they knew were breaking federal law.
Apparently to overstate your case against pot, since you then claimed those same employees had more accidents, higher absenteeism, etc. Yet, we must assume these employees and this study you cited are in fact fictional!

I could throw you with my pinky finger.
