Pick is Gordon Hayward; ESA crowd boos

Deservedly. Literally a joke. This is going to be the punchline of this franchise for the next decade.
 
He's weak, not particularly quick, and a poor defender. He's not gonna help Utah much more than Ed Davis would've. Should've gone with Davis.

We'll be sorry when Davis is a starter in five years (for someone else) and Hayward is a Koveresque 7th man at best.

Oh, and the Jazz just confirmed the stereotypes.
 
OMG--ESPN's post-Hayward exclusive interview is . . . with his twin sister, who is no more Demi Moore than Hayward is Ashton Kutcher.

Compelling and rich.

The worst parts of this pick are:
a) It all but eliminates any chance of a rumored PF (Booze in this case) S&T w/ NJ for Favors. KOC will get laughed off the phone. NJ will want Booze + talent, not someone to wipe Booze's ***.
b) It increases the chances Deron walks in a few years.
c) I just puked in my own mouth.
 
Oh ya and I know I boo'd, I'll give the kid a chance don't get me wrong but I boo'd and yelled a few curse words...... BOOOOOOO!!!
 
I really hope this guy proves me wrong, but this is bad, real bad...

First 1st round pick I can actually remember hating.
 
the only thing im hopeful for is utah making a trade up to nab some ****ing size. what the **** o'connor usually i stand behind your **** but this time you have gone too ****ing far. i will give this kid a chance but **** i think i would've rather had anyone then this kid. FML
