Yes. There are different stores for different regions and Amazon restricts content depending on your IP address. If you are in the UK for instance you would need to go to Amazon.uk. If you go to the Amazon store for your region, it should be available for free there, though it is possible that Amazon has some areas with restrictions. Let me know what you find.

I've wanted to listen to Tarah Woodblade since reading the introductory pages from the link you posted. I'm going to start the Amazon unlimited monthly reading/listening subscription and hear them all.

I can't wait for book six. The introduction was pulling.

I have changed my location with a VPN app and was able to download over US without any issues.
