I revisited the interview. I'm a little more positive now. Also, great comments.

https://1320kfan.com/index.php/audio/listen/locked_on_jazz_podcast_episode_37_who_is_derek_favors
Givony- "i'd be pretty excited if I were a Jazz fan"
-youngest player in the NBA
-prototype of what the NBA looks for in a big man
-19
-6'10 in shoes
-7'4 wing span
-9'2 standing reach
-runs really well
-body of 19 yr old, will fill out in 2 to 3 years (think of how Howard looked at age 18)
-will be good at 4 next to Jefferson, and 5 and w/ Millsap
-allready top 10 offensive rebounder in NBA (at age 19)
-arguably the best pick in the draft, some put him in front of Wall
- Very quiet and shy. High quality individual. Hard worker. Family oriented. Doesn't have an entourage.
Locke-
A scout said "A human rocket. Huge upside, understand defensive concepts at an early age. Offense needs to improve"
Givony- "I think thats perfect"
Locke- Who is Favors physcially equivalent to in comparison to other players you've looked at?
Givony- "Antonio McDyess in his prime... Before his knee injuries. I don't want to say Dwight Howard cause that puts a little too much pressure on the guy..." He went on to explain this was exciting because the toughest position to find is the big man, and Favors does it perfectly. People say PG is the toughest, but the NBA is saturated with PG's.
then Givony goes on to say that this years draft really sucks!
