What's new

What do you make of how these 2 games have started?

I'd cut the rotation even further. Players like Rudy and Hayward (and Hill LOL) gotta just get breathers not their standard rest. I'm not leaving Rudy on the bench for more than a minute if they're on a run/getting to the basket.

They're outmatched, u gotta keep the best matchups on the floor. I'd tell em u want the big $$$, the fame, the notoriety, the glory, the legacy - Go earn it.

I'd play the 1st quarter of game 1 like the 4th quarter of game 7... I'd have told the team were ****ing dead if we don't steal one of these first 2 games...

To me, thats what the capacity of the threat dictates..

Cool, so you just give inspirational speeches. Solid move. I think the Mighty Ducks would have won way more with you in charge as well.

You're clearly just posturing bruh. What a puny off-topic response. You gonna man up and actually respond to my comments about the rotation? do you feel that I didn't give you an honest response so u respond with this thinly veiled subterfuge?

Let me tell you what your plan was; You wanted to enter this thread to try to throw shade at me, you've decided you picked the wrong fight almost immediately and now youre hoping to transition the conversation to somewhere else, in hope that you can gain footing.

Duh, his 2k team is dope as ****.

I haven't played 2k or any video games in years, watching basketball is my hobby. those games are terribly balanced(I could do a much better job), they're so easily broken, I could definitely build a way better GM management simulator from scratch, EASILY, but there's all that naming rights and ****, it's been monopolized/dumbed down (by big $$$ companies)...

I am about to start playing Overwatch tho. That **** looks like a masterpiece, I cant even believe how well balanced that appears to be. Those devs did an amazing job.

Sure you could buddy. You can do anything you put your mind to.

Overwatch sucks.

I have but every time I make an argument you disappear as usual, you cant handle much we have to be sensitive with you or you run away. Not that anyone minds... Its easier just to laugh at you just being a silly kid who is full of himself.

I would give a real response if I had anything to work with but there isnt much. You said play Hayward and Gobert more. They played the most minutes in the game. Hayward played 40 minutes. Then you gave a bunch of **** answer about some silly speech you would give and what you would tell your players to do. Like Snyder didnt try and motivate them and like the players themselves arent telling themselves to play hard. That might have been the dumbest answer you have given which is really saying something.

I like where you're going but it seems u are holding the jazz to a double-standard when you say you wnt them to play physical but call the Warriors physicality a punk move..

did you see the Celtics-Wizards game before this? The playoffs are called differently. This is war.. These assholes on TV all claimed that Olynyk screen was clean, but clearly he targeted Oubre's head... This is the type of **** that goes on.. Thats why the move was to pack it up this year and fight another day.. This team is woefully unequipped to go further than this.. they're the lowest seed left, I guess thats the big consolation prize...

To be fair tho Rudy did have a cheap foul called on him right away, some of them were blatant on him tho..

Also Hayward has been taking advantage of this probably better than anyone on the team. He's gotten away with at least 10 offensive fouls, using whats called the chicken wing. Even in the final minutes he displaced Iguodala with one and drained a 3.

I call it a punk move when someone hits or grabs someone who they're not guarding and who doesn't have the ball. That's like just going up to another player and hitting them for no reason -- punky all the way.

Isn't that why these guys get paid millions tho? to perform/play a game in-front of these crowds? they played 89 GRUELING games to get to this point and thats how they started..

Isn't that why Lindsey made these moves for the vets, to obviate exactly that?

This is why I like boxing. You'd never hear such pathetic excuses bandied about by a real FIGHTER.

You're supposed to be zoned in, focused on the task at hand, to me, sounds like a lack of focus, which is INEXCUSABLE, even for just a few minute stretch..

This is the best team in the league, conduct yourself with some pride goddamnit. these 1st quarters and even opening sequences have been nothing short of pathetic.

Yeah, a person's paycheck determines their physiology. Pay someone enough and they no longer get nervous...

While I agree with this, I would be a willing test subject on the matter.

If only the Jazz had elite players like Barnes, Vonleh, and Aminu. Then they'd beat the GSW!

Your a total dumba$$ ,noa$$.I'm 60 years old and go back to when Pistol Pete played and know Jazz history twice as much as you do ,you're just a wimpa$$ personal attack troll behind a screen

*you're

I've noticed that you make this error. A lot.

Also, we all know you're lying. Nobody who has been a jazz fan for longer than a minute refers to individual players as "a jazz." In genuine jazz-fan lingo, they're referred to as "a jazzman." Anyway... you are just a lame Exum homer. Good riddance.

Comedy gold.

Lame and stupid ......

Mack (92-111) -19, he has a slightly better ORTG and slightly better DRTG than Hood. But unlike Hood he’s not a threat to hit open threes and/or take over the offensive load if he is feeling it. Mack is awful. And he’s an optional player, not a vital one. He had his lunch eaten in Round one by Raymond Felton. And now in the second round Ian Clark is killing him. This is embarrasing. Yes, he has playoff experience before - but that’s because his coaches played him when he was younger. That’s something two other point guards on the roster are not lucky enough to have.

Exum (ORTG 129 - DRTG 110) +19, he’s as good as Mack is bad. He’s unfortunately a pass-first point guard who sets up his bigmen under the basket. He’s unfortunately someone who didn’t go to the same NCAA school as vital free agent Gordon Hayward, nor is he someone who was a rotation player under Hawks assistant coach Snyder. He hits threes when open. He plays defense. He gets steals. He’s actually under contract for next season. It only makes sense to play him. So make it happen!

I'm not the only Exum homer who thinks Exum should play .........what an idiot who thinks Exum should play is called a Exum homer

holy ****. In how many different ways does ^this^ post miss the mark? Here are 2 big ways:
1. Exum and Mack don't even play the same position at this point.
2. You're quoting SLC Dunk? lmao

Look, it's been fun hating you, hotttleikheeen. It has brought back fun memories. But now I'm going to put you on ignore. You're a liar and a troll. You're probably in line to be a moderator.
