Pretty sure Hayward knows the Celts get swept by the 8th seed if Rondo doesn't get hurt.
Lots of Jazz fans have been suckered into the overrating of Boston, but most players have a pretty good feel for things like that.
Haywards next contact will have expired by the time those young players hit their prime and they are ready to compete. Hayward might leave but I think if he does it's not to go to a team to wait for players to develop over the next 4+ years to compete for a title. I doubt high draft picks are appealing to Hayward at all.You can ignore it, but it's clear it's a very appealing option.
They going to have a top 4 pick this year and likely next year too. Hayward can lead a young core that can still win 50+ games a year while they age and come into their prime. By the time their 2017/2018 Nets picks get into their prime, Lebron's reign of terror should be closing.
I think Utah is the better team, but Boston is set-up better to take advantage of Lebron's timeline while still winning a lot of games in the present.

I think Hayward has interest in Boston but not for the draft picks and what the team can do in 5 years on his next contact. He could just sign with them then on his next contact. Hayward is in his prime now. He is not planning to wait until he is 33 to start competing for a title.Yeah, and then he is in line to get a huge contract while the two young dudes will just be on their first max, making the core still affordable for Boston.
The negative on the Jazz is that when Gobert expires, he is going to be up for a huge max along with Hayward, so it will be hard to keep a 3rd piece with them (unless we can hit on these upcoming drafts).
I think both options are pretty good for Hayward. Just think it's silly to discount the pitch Boston is going to be able to make. The positive for the Jazz is that Gobert is a known commodity. Boston still has mystery on their end. They probably wont be able to keep Isaiah on long-term if they sign Hayward, so he has to really be confident in Boston's pick this year to reach his potential. Hopefully Exum left a bad enough taste in Hayward's mouth to not trust top 5 picks.
