What's new

Haywood just officially signed with the Celtics

I think he is a true jazz fan but he is just a pessimist in general and a Debbie downer.
I feel kinda bad for him.
I think he is a Jazz fan but I'm guessing he had some unresolved issues with the state of Utah. My guess is he stopped being Mormon and has some anger issues with that. I'm guessing he hasn't really experienced SLC much.

I'm also guessing he is just a negative person in general. Or maybe just gets all his negative feelings out online.

He's one of those self-loathing individuals who wears their distaste for their origins on their sleeve, as if it gives them points that are some kind of redeemable social currency. It allows him to distance himself from the herd, claiming greater self-awareness and insight because one dares to find fault with one's self, yet ironically the fault is never in one's self as much as it is in others. This allows one to feel more entitled to sit at the big kids' table and gain entrance into the cool kids club. Interestingly, nobody inside or outside that group gives a **** or acknowledge the perceived moral superiority, and just sees an unfortunate ******* trying to cloak their predictable negativity under the guise of 'realism.'

Oddly enough, the vast majority of this board is non-LDS, inactive LDS, ex-Mormon, post-Mormon or what have you. Many people here aren't even Mormon or from Utah. Sure, there are some eccentricities about Utah culture that many here acknowledge, and perhaps even some uncomfortable cultural conflicts, but it doesn't really seem that anyone, regardless of which side they find themselves on, considers Utah to be the ****hole that he finds it to be.

So let's allow him to bask in his self-awareness, and congratulate him on his ascent to a higher plane of thought than the redt of us bottom-feeders are capable of ever recognizing.

Why does green post in the Jazz forum? I don't know him, but is he a fan for another team like ncoloradojazz? Or does he just enjoy trolling?

He is a Boston newcomer whow owns a hipster solar business. He grew up a JF but is now torn. He is trying to acclimate himself to his new culture of phony liberalism and overt racism while still holding on to his roots of phony conservatism and covert racism.

Utahns tend to be uncomfortable/comfortable in Boston (and vice versa ) for all the wrong reasons.

:)

Stevens is a very good coach and so is Spolestra. So is Quin. Can we just acknowledge all 3 teams have excellent coaches? There was a bond between Hayward and Stevens that we all underestimated. Players generally have tremendous respect for their college coaches. Hayward's is unusually strong for Stevens. He continued to seek out Brad throughout the past 7 years for advice and affirmation, even more so than his own father.

What was really going on in that locker room at Butler?

Lol @ you guys.

Nice try with your internet psychology.

If you want to know about me, ask. I'm an open book.

do you have gout or hemmorhoids or what kind of condition that makes you such a grouchy old debbie downer ??

I'm not a Debbie downer. edited.

It's ok, you guys always do this.

You said this about me when I said Brewer was a good backup and not a great starter when you All proclaimed him a future all star.

You said this about me when you all said Burks was a PG and a future star and I said he was nothing more than a great sixth man.

What started your hate towards me this time?

I'm not sold on Hood and I didn't go bitchface on Hayward.

Unlike you lot, I can see why Hayward left. The Jazz made mistakes. I can see that and admit that.

You guys can't. So, when I disagree, you attack me. Childish, but it is what it is.

I'm not angry, I'm not disallusioned, I am disappointed in my church, but then again, if you guys found out my calling, your faith would probably weaken. Lol. But, like with the Jazz Organization, I can see where my church is lacking and needs to get better and I'm not foolish enough to have blind faith.

I can do more good with my church from the inside out. Much like the members during the 1960's, my generation and the one younger than me will revolutionize this church again and bring it closer to God.

Today, I spent the morning at church, all afternoon at the beach eating ice cream and pepperoni sticks.

I'm sitting here with my windows open, listening to the waves crash on the shore. Every so often I can hear a male sea lion whining about not having a mate. I'm about to start GOT.

I'm doing alright, don't you worry about me.

Oh, and I do love my Utes.

The Jazz may have made mistakes, but there was nothing extreme wrong we did. We are a sound steady well run organization. One of the top of the league.
We have to be in a small market. Sure we could have made some better draft choices, but we've also made some epically great picks.
